Dear guys, thank you for your pics! It has been a complete intense blast to receive pictures from Brazil, Canada, Chile, Italy, Argentina, Mexico or Spain. Thanks, thanks and more thanks! Anyway, here comes the winners. Our innocent hand (a charming 3 old years baby girl who we love) chose the following ladies (yes, they are all ladies):

- Book - Evelina: Jennieh from Chile (thanks to Editorial D'Epoca for this).

- T-shirts: Maichi and Rosa from Spain (yes, they are in El Salón de Té too :))

- Bag: Trini from Spain (it's also given a brooche by Broches Nereuchi).

You can send a lovely picture of the book with yourself, or the book in a nice place of your house or city. Also, you can send a picture of yourself with a quotation of Pride and Prejudice in a banner. Run! you have till Saturday! Remember you can win T-shirts and a beautiful bag by Broches Nereuchi :). Un recordatorio de que todavía podéis mandar una foto con el libro, o una de vosotros con una frase en un cartel, o bien pedirnos una a sitiojane@gmail.com o al twitter @salonjaneausten.

Podéis participar en el sorteo de un libro de Evelina (gracias a Editorial D'Epoca), dos camisetas exclusivas con diseño de Almudena Romero y frase de Victoria (en inglés o español), y un fantástico bolso, creado por  Broches Nereuchi (que regala un broche).

Aunque seguiremos aceptando más fotos el resto del año, así como vuestros homenajes, sólo tenéis hasta el día 14 para que podáis participar y ganar esos regalos, que celebran los 11 años del Sitio de Jane.

Sobre el concurso del 11 aniversario del Sitio de Jane: regalos y más Orgullo y Prejuicio

Os escribimos porque creemos que no ha quedado muy claro el tema de este concurso en el que podéis participar hasta el 14 de Junio. Antes de nada, para los que habláis castellano, podéis optar a 4 premios:

• Evelina, cedida gentilmente por Editorial D'Epoca
• 2 camisetas con diseño exclusivo y que todavía no se pueden comprar, con frase de VictoriaAusten y dibujo de Almudena Romero.
• Un bolso vintage de Broches Nereuchi, con un bonito broche cedida por Esther, la artista de este blog. 

 

Los regalos los mandaremos a cualquier parte del mundo donde vivais. Y sobre las camisetas, podéis escoger color, talla y el idioma de la frase (inglés o español).

¿Qué es lo que debéis hacer? Es muy fácil, cualquiera de estas cosas, porque son las actividades que estamos haciendo en este blog para celebrar el aniversario. Así, podeis:

• Hacer una foto con vuestro libro de Orgullo y Prejuicio en la que salgáis vosotros, o vuestra estantería, o vuestros tesoros austenianos, partes bonitas de vuestra ciudad, un lugar emblemático, etcétera...
• 
  
• Haceros una foto, con una cita de Orgullo y Prejuicio en un sitio bonito o que os guste.
• Pedir frase a sitiojane@gmail.com y os daremos unas palabras, con las que os tendréis que hacer una foto.

En cualquier caso, una vez hecha la foto, la mandáis a esa dirección (sitiojane@gmail.com) o nos informáis vía twitter (@salonjaneausten), con vuestro nombre, y ciudad o país. Os mandaremos una confirmación de recepción y si no la recibís en un par de días, volved a avisarnos.

About our competition for the 11th anniversary of El Sitio de Jane: prizes and more Pride and Prejudice

We write because we believe this contest is not well explained and we fear you can miss the chance to participate  till June 14. First of all, for those who speak English, you can opt to 3 awards:

• 2 exclusive T-Shirts that you can't still buy online, with quotation by VictoriaAusten and design by Almudena Romero.
• A Vintage bag by Broches Nereuchi, with a beautiful brooche given by Esther, the artist of this blog. 

 

The gifts will be sent to anywhere in the world where you live. And on the shirts, you can choose color, size and language of the quotation (English or Spanish).

What you should do? It's easy, any of these things, because they are the activities we are doing in this blog to celebrate the anniversary. So you can:

• Take a picture with your book of Pride and Prejudice. You can be in the picture, the book can be on your bookshelf, or with your janeite stuff, nice sights of your city, a landmark, etc. ...
• Take a picture of yoursefl with a quote from Pride and Prejudice on somewhere nice you like it.
• Request a quotation to sitiojane@gmail.com , we will give you some words, and you'll have to take a picture of yourself with them.

In any case, once you've taken the picture, you must send it to this email (sitiojane@gmail.com) or via twitter (@salonjaneausten), with your name, city or country. If you do not receive a confirmation email in a couple of days, send it again.

Evelina en español mañana a la venta/in Spanish tomorrow for sale

Ponemos una breve nota de que Evelina de Fanny Burney, estará a la venta mañana en español gracias a la gran editorial D'Epoca. Evelina inspiró bastante a Austen a la hora de realizar Orgullo y Prejuicio, y ésta edición trae multitud de notas y geniales ilustraciones de la época, por lo que cualquier buen austenita, puede leerla por fin en este idioma.
